Fuzion Companies, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the SB217™ Support Beacon Platform ("the Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Contact Form Data

When you submit the contact form on the Platform, we collect the following personally identifiable information:

• First and last name
• Organization / company name
• Email address
• Message content
• Area of interest
• For Relief/SAR inquiries: organization type, service area, program interest, expected users, timeline, and optional coordination challenges

We use a short-lived form security token and an essential, HttpOnly security cookie to help prevent automated submissions. Temporary keyed counters support abuse limits across servers; they do not contain your message, raw email address, or raw security token and are removed after expiry. This cookie is not used for advertising.

Automatic Technical Data

We automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical data:

• IP address (for security and abuse prevention)
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Pages visited and time spent
• Referrer source

How We Use Your Information

• Contact form data: To respond to your inquiry and maintain records of business communications
• Email address: To send relevant Platform updates or business information (if subscribed)
