By accessing and using the SB217™ Support Beacon Platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use this Platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including all source code, design, content, and underlying technology, is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Fuzion Companies, LLC and its subsidiaries. All rights are reserved.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Platform
• Use content from the Platform for AI model training or machine learning datasets
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying source code or technology
• Create derivative works based on the Platform or its content
• Frame or embed the Platform in third-party websites without express written permission
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright attributions
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

Limited License

Fuzion Companies™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license.

Enforcement

These Terms are enforceable under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1114) for trademark protection and the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) for intellectual property. Violations may result in civil and criminal penalties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fuzion Companies™ makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuzion Companies™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bryan County, Oklahoma.
